We maintain a dedicated bank account and uphold strong governance, transparency, and compliance in every aspect of our work.

Our focus is to build long-term social impact by strengthening early childhood care and education, supporting adolescent wellbeing, and advancing women-led development.

ECCE (Anganwadi)

DID YOU KNOW?
There are only 54,439 anganwadis in Tamilnadu whereas the beneficiaries are 3,575,868.
9.34 million (12.2% of the total population) are children in the age group 0-6 and there are more boys than girls.
Investing in ECCE (0-6 yrs) would provide greater success and greater productivity to more children and reduce social spending for society (Heckman's curve).

1 in every 4 children and teenagers in school suffer from mental issues in India.
Highest prevalence of mental disorders, predominantly depressive and anxiety disorders (GBD study) is reported in Tamil Nadu.
11% students reported feeling anxious, 14% experienced extreme emotions, and 43% faced mood swings in Tamil Nadu (PIB.gov.in statistics 2024).

12% of women aged 20-24 are married before the age of 18, 2,516 child marriages were reported during January 2022 to August 2022 (NFHS data, Social Welfare Department).
More than 90% of girls in TN enrol in elementary school and this drops to 57% at the secondary level and further to 0% at the higher secondary level.
2,232 cases of rape were reported in Tamil Nadu in 2023 and there were 6,745 cases of assault on women with intent to outrage modesty (2022).

Experienced POSH Trainer and emotional intelligence coach/trainer Retired from Indian Railways.

Trustee - She is the Co-Founder and Chairperson of Green Collar Agritech. She founded Ampere Electric Vehicles, promoting sustainability. With 30+ years in diverse ventures, Hema champions job creation and women-s empowerment, investing in and mentoring startups.
